RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
TARAMA’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange products purchased within 7 days from the date of delivery & can be initiated via the support > return/exchange request tab at the bottom of the page. Please ensure that the product is unused and is in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. Please note that Products which specifically mention “This Item Is Not Eligible for Return and Exchange” will not be eligible for return or Exchange. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
Refund Policy
For prepaid orders, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Payments made with COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as your order value which can be used in under 1 year from the issuance of the coupon code. In case your pin-code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to Miracle Lifestyle Ltd. 6, Aditya Estate, Mindspace, New Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai-400064.
